Choose your coordination model
Under your site manager's supervision
Our crew works to the agreed programme and discusses day-to-day matters with your responsible site contact.
With agreed coordination and reporting
Before starting, we define the coordination scope, reporting frequency and procedures for reporting obstacles and approving changes.
Hourly or for an agreed scope
Hourly terms suit a changing scope. We prepare a fixed price once documentation, responsibilities and change payment rules are agreed. Additional work is confirmed before execution.
We confirm dates and crew availability after reviewing the project. Materials and heavy equipment are normally supplied by the client.
